WHERE TO START?
Updated: Aug 13, 2020
For those of you who know me, I am a true nerd at heart. I love using applied mathematics to solve moderate to complex "world" problems. Biased and discriminatory practice still operate in many systems of employment, education, housing and criminal justice. I'm sure you already know this. So, instead of complaining, I am going to do something about it.

1 | GENERAL OUTLINE
The first thing that I typically do is write out a simple outline of what I want. This helps me form a very simple equation.

2 | SIMPLE EQUATION
Because of systemic racism's complexity, I decided to use a very basic equation:
Systemic Racism = SR
+SR = Now and Bad
-SR = Future and Good
Need -SR
-SR = (Stuff You Gotta Do)
